Working Principle

Cylinder drum: Stainless Steel / Carbon Steel / High wear resistance plastic sheet whose function is to encourage the slurry to concentrate and dehydrate on its surface.

Slurry tank

The slurry tank is welded with shaped steel, the upper part of the tank is connected to the slurry pipe, and the slurry pipe is equipped with a valve (self-matching) to adjust the amount of slurry, and the bottom of the slurry tank is equipped with sewage pipe.

Press roll

The pressure roll is a roll covered by rubber, with a sealing groove at both ends, two ends are equipped with a lever pressurizing device to exert pressure on the circular mesh to strengthen the pulp layer dehydration and improve the pulp yield.
