Product Description
Pulp Chest Agitator is one of the necessary equipment in the pulp and paper industry. The selection of a pulp tank agitator is an important link in the expansion, new construction, and transformation of the pulp and paper process. It is suitable for square and round pulp tanks with a data concentration of 4-7%. It has the advantages of small volume, fast mixing time, good mixing effect, and easy maintenance.
The Pulp Chest Agitator is composed of a pulley, bracket, main shaft, base, sealing ring, packing chamber, shaft sleeve, gland, impeller, shaft cap, belt cover, bearing seat, bearing, V-belt, motor, etc.
The impeller is assembled at one end of the main shaft. The main shaft and rolling bearing are installed on the bearing seat, and then the pulley is assembled on the other end of the shaft. When the impeller rotates, the slurry is pushed to circulate in the slurry tank to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
