Broken paper pulper is mainly used for breaking broken paper and various waste papers. The impeller pulper is installed horizontally, and the heavy residue accumulates at the bottom of the pool, which greatly reduces the wear of the screen plate under the impeller, prevents sand residue from blocking the screen holes, and achieves continuous operation. The machine has the characteristics of strong dispersing ability, wide application range, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It is currently the most ideal equipment for waste paper pulping.
Broken paper pulper is mainly composed of rotor, transmission part and other parts.
The rotor of the broken paper pulper is horizontal. When the rotor is running, the water flow is sucked in along the center of the axis and thrown out at high speed to the surroundings to form a water cycle. Due to the internal friction caused by the rotor tearing and the mutual turbulence of different flow rate layers, the pulp is broken and the fibers are separated in a wet state. The unbroken paper pieces and fiber bundles are further dispersed in the gap between the rotor and the screen plate. Wet paper and dry paper are input from the feed port above the pulp pool. The separated pulp flows out of the pulper through the screen plate due to the central suction water flow generated by the operation of the impeller. Due to the special shape of the tail of the breaking blade, it has the function of keeping the screen hole from being blocked.
The end of the pulp pool is equipped with a transmission part, which consists of a main shaft, a bearing chamber, a refined pulp chamber, etc. There is a screen plate under the rotor, and there are various sizes of screen holes to choose from. The gap between the rotor and the screen plate can be adjusted, and the distance between the rotor and the screen plate is generally 1~2mm.
