Product Description
The screen basket (pressure screen basket) is used to screen the pulp before the paper machine. The pulping pressure is stable and pulsed. Its structure is simple and easy to use, its screening effect is good, and the output is high, to give play to the good performance of the screen drum and achieve a good screening effect. The screen basket adopts a mechanical method to realize the connection with the supporting structure. Compared with ordinary screening tool screen baskets, its slitting rate is high, the production capacity is greatly improved, and the power consumption is lower.
The pressure screen basket is composed of a sieve perforated plate, an overflow bucket and a non-perforated plate. There are many small holes distributed on the screen plate, and the vapor passes through the small holes from bottom to top, transfers heat and mass through the liquid layer on the tray, and then rises. The liquid flows through the tray according to a certain route, and the liquid is held by the vapor with a stable flow rate, and flows through the overflow hopper to the non-porous plate (liquid receiving tray) of the next tray.
