Product Description
Horizontal Flotation Deinking Cell is used to remove hydrophobic impurities in waste paper pulp, such as ink particles, stickies, plastics, fillers, etc. The size range that can remove ink particles is large, about 5~500 microns; the built-in aeration element is conducive to the closure of the process gas loop, and the energy consumption is low. It can be used in series with equipment such as desander pressure screens. Selection requirements are automatically controlled; a reasonable combination of tanks, simple liquid level control, reliable operation, and large output range; a two-stage flotation system (one-stage + two-stage) ensures maximum removal of ink and other impurities while ensuring fiber loss at 0.2 -0.5%; the two-stage flotation system (front stage + rear stage) is arranged in a layered manner, and the area is small.

Product Parameters
Main Features:
1. Built-in aeration element is conducive to closing the process gas loop.
2. Reasonable combination of tanks, simple liquid control, reliable operation and large output range.
3. The two-stage flotation system (one-stage + two-stage) ensures maximum removal of impurities such as ink and minimum fiber loss.
4. The two-stage flotation system (front stage + rear stage) is arranged in a layered manner, with a small area.
5. The whiteness is increased by 4-9ISO before and after flotation, and the range of ink particles can be removed, about 5-550 microns.
6. The flotation has low energy consumption. The equipment does not need to be equipped with power separately, and can be used directly in series with other pulping equipment. The power consumption is 1/2 or 1/3 of traditional flotation.
