Structure Principle
The shell of the fiber separator is generally coiled and welded into a conical shape by steel plate, the slurry inlet is set in the tangential direction of the upper part, and the bottom is provided with an outlet for heavy impurities. There is a conical front cover in front of the casing, which is connected with the casing by a hinge, which is convenient for opening during maintenance. There is an outlet for light impurities in the center of the front cover, and a screen plate is provided at the rear of the casing. The slurry passes through the screen holes on the screen plate and is output from the good slurry outlet. The rotating impeller is close to the screen plate, and a small (1-3mm) gap is maintained between the impeller and the screen plate. The impeller is fixed on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is supported by the rolling bearing and driven by the motor to rotate by the pulley.
