Horizontal Flotation Deinking Cell is used to remove hydrophobic impurities in waste paper pulp, such as ink particles, stickies, plastics, fillers, etc. The size range that can remove ink particles is large, about 5~500 microns; the built-in aeration element is conducive to the closure of the process gas loop, and the energy consumption is low. It can be used in series with equipment such as desander pressure screens. Selection requirements are automatically controlled; a reasonable combination of tanks, simple liquid level control, reliable operation, and large output range; a two-stage flotation system (one-stage + two-stage) ensures maximum removal of ink and other impurities while ensuring fiber loss at 0.2 -0.5%; the two-stage flotation system (front stage + rear stage) is arranged in a layered manner, and the area is small.
