Product Description
Fiber Deflaker is used for deflating, applied for deflating and evening kinds of stock (wood, straw, waste paper, etc.) which has been cleaned (heavy rejects and metals). The machine is widely used. It is presently the commonly applied and relatively ideal corollary equipment both at home and abroad. Single sets or multisets in series are allowed. As required by process, it also can be used in series with a big-tapered refiner or double disc refiner.

Structure and Principle
In this part, the fixed outer gear ring, fixed inner gear ring, and moving tooth ring make up the deflating section. The stock is fed in the direction of the spindle axis line and discharged from the pulp outlet above the radial direction. Through the spindle feed mechanism, it moves axially (the maximum movement is less than 7mm) to adjust the clearance between the fixed gear ring and the moving gear ring. When starting the machine, the clearance should be more than 1mm, and it should not be less than 0.50mm during normal operation. A drain hole is set at the lower part of the casing to remove the residual stock and dirt during shutdown.
1. Pull out the tooth clutch on the opposite side of the hand wheel, disengage the electric feed mechanism, turn the hand wheel by hand, and move the threaded sleeve axially through the worm gear mechanism, to realize the gap adjustment and feed pressure.
2. Insert the tooth clutch, the electric tool advance and retract mechanism works, and the friction clutch gearbox drives the thread sleeve to move axially to realize the tool advance and retract.
3. By adjusting the spring pressure of the friction clutch and changing the transmission power of the friction plate, the equipment always works under the rated current, and the beating quality is stable.
