-D-type hydraulic pulper is mainly used for breaking various pulp boards, broken paper and various types of waste paper in the pulp and paper industry. It is an ideal equipment for continuous or intermittent breaking of waste paper in the paper industry.
-Working principle
When the D-type hydraulic pulper is working, the rotor rotates to throw the pulp from the center to the surroundings, forming a vortex in the center. The pulp is broken by strong hydraulic impact, shearing and mutual friction; the D-type trough structure makes the pulp flow blocked by the straight surface bend to the center, increasing the breaking frequency; the unbroken objects are further broken in the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate, and the tail shape of the breaking blade keeps the sieve hole from being blocked, thereby achieving efficient breaking of the pulp.

Efficient crushing: The Volkswagen rotor is offset from the center position, which makes the contact between the paper and the rotor faster and more frequently, shortening the time for the paper to be added to the crushing process, and improving production capacity without increasing power and volume.
2. Energy saving and consumption reduction: The new energy-saving blade shape is adopted, with double inner and outer blades, which can save energy by 25%.
3. Strong impurity handling ability: Generally equipped with a rope twister and a sediment well. The rope twister can remove entangled impurities such as plastic packaging bags, rope ends, iron wire, etc.; the sediment well can remove plastic foam and other light debris through an impurity separator to achieve continuous production, or only a heavy slag collection tank can be used to achieve intermittent production.
4. Stable operation: The rotor and the pulping disc are higher than the bottom of the tank, reducing the contact between impurities and the rotor, preventing the rope from being entangled on the rotor, which is conducive to the normal operation of the equipment and extending the service life of the rotor.
5. High pulp quality: It can fully break pulp boards and broken paper into single fibers. The separated pulp flows out through the sieve holes, and the unbroken paper pieces and fiber bundles are further broken in the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate, ensuring the quality of the pulp.
