Product Description

The Cleaner used in the paper industry is mainly divided into high-concentration cleaner, low-concentration cleaner, heavy slag cleaner, and light slag cleaner.

High-Density Cleaner pulp cleaning machine is for removing all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like staples, stones, glasses, etc. in stock preparation system. As coarse screening equipment, it is usually downstream equipment of the hydra pulper that can also be installed as an important piece of equipment to ensure the operation of downstream processing equipment.

Low-Consistency Cleaner is suitable for cleaning fiber suspension with a consistency of 0.4-1.2%, it can efficiently remove light impurities, hot melt impurities, heavy impurities, pulp rejects, etc. In addition, it can also remove foam plastics, chip fragments., ink particles, and air efficiently, which results in purifying stock in the approach system before the paper machine. it can make the coarse screens in the recycled paper fiber efficient, simplify processing procedures, and reduce power consumption.

Light slag cleaners compared with heavy slag cleaners, cover a wider range and are mainly used for slagging in the post-pulping stage or paper-making flow-feeding slagging.

Product Parameters

Working principle: Separate waste impurities from fibers by centrifugal force.
When the pulp enters the top of the slag remover from the tangential direction, the slurry flow produces a vortex movement, which accelerates downward along the cone of the slag remover in a spiral shape. The movement of the vortex generates centrifugal force, which causes the impurities heavier than water to move to the inner wall of the slag remover, while those with a relative density less than water move to the core of the vortex.
