High frequency vibrating screen is a screening equipment in pulp and paper industry. It is mainly used for the roughing and purification of pulp and the treatment of pressure screen tail pulp. The equipment uses spring and tape as shock absorber. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low production cost, small floor area and high production efficiency.
The machine consists of a screen frame, vibration system, damping device and slurry tank. The screen frame is driven by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft, which is connected to the motor through a flexible coupling. The frame is supported by springs, ensuring a simple structure, stable operation and easy maintenance.
The machine is available in both left-hand and right-hand configurations to meet different installation needs.
Pulp enters the screen frame from the pulp box. Under high-frequency vibration, coarse impurities are effectively removed, while qualified pulp passes through the screen plate and flows out from the pulp outlet. Coarse rejects are discharged from the end of the screen frame.
