1.Foil Boxes / Foils :Provide initial vacuum and turbulence to improve sheet formation;Made from high-performance ceramics or UHMWPE for long wear life.
2.Forming Boards:Located at the beginning of the forming section;Ensure uniform pulp distribution and reduce wear on forming fabric.
3.Vacuum Boxes:Use suction to remove water efficiently after the foil section;Available in different vacuum levels and box designs for optimal drainage.
