Sun Wheel as meaning the roller or wheel won't crush or damage whatever is passing over or under it on a conveyor line. And it's the geometry of the vanes - the urethane that separates the spaces flex and move product along without damaging product and Provide cushioning and shock absorption to product.

1. High strength. Under the hardness of rubber and plastic, their tensile strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of general rubber. Under high hardness, the impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastics.
2. Wear-resistant. Its wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3) / 1.61km, about 3-5 times of rubber.
3. Oil resistant. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is hardly eroded in fuel oil and machine oil.
4. Good resistance to oxygen and ozone.
5. It can be used as a shock absorber and buffer.
