A packing paper machine is a machine specifically designed for producing packaging paper (such as corrugated paper and containerboard). Its core function is to convert pulp raw material into a continuous paper web through processes such as dewatering, forming, and drying. Its main components include:Headbox: Evenly distributes the pulp suspension onto the forming wire.
Wire section: Dewaters the wet paper web through screens, typically using a rotary or Fourdrinier wire structure.
Pressing section: Mechanically squeezes out moisture to increase the dryness of the wet paper web.
Drying section: Multiple drying cylinders evaporate the remaining moisture and solidify the paper.

Rotary wire papermaking machines: Suitable for small and medium-sized production operations, offer flexible raw material options (waste pulp or mixed wood pulp), low investment costs, speeds of 40-90 m/min, and a basis weight range of 15-80 g/m2.
Fourdrinier papermaking machine: A large, high-speed model with a paper width of up to 11 meters and a speed exceeding 1,000 meters per minute, supporting continuous large-scale production.
